Jake Turpin is an American Muay Thai practitioner and instructor, born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. With over 15 years of experience, Jake began martial arts at Linxx Academy under Frank Cucci, where he trained and competed in both Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He later earned the title of Kru under Ajarn Surachai Sirisute after completing the rigorous Thai Boxing Association (TBA) instructorship examination, becoming one of the youngest practitioners to achieve this distinction.

Jake began his teaching career instructing children's Muay Thai and self-defense classes before transitioning into adult instruction. With 7 years of teaching experience, he has trained and taught at several gyms along the East Coast. His dedication to the art has also taken him to Thailand, where he trained at Sinbi Muay Thai and Bang Tao Muay Thai in Phuket.

Jake has a passion for teaching and sharing the art of Muay Thai with students of all ages and skill levels. His approach emphasizes strong fundamentals, proper technique, discipline, and confidence. He hopes to continue growing the program through exciting and informative classes.
